You can select the type of reverb using the Type knob. Room-type reverb simulates a smaller acoustic space, resembling the everyday sound environment we are accustomed to hearing. Hall-type reverb is based on the legendary Lexicon 224 model introduced to the market in 1978. It features a distinctive, lush reverb tail that defined the sound of an entire era. It's a spacious reverb with warm, natural decay. Plate-type reverb is inspired by the EMT 140 model, which used a metal plate suspended in a steel frame to create echoes similar to those heard in acoustic spaces. This is a renowned studio reverb often found in older recordings. Damp-type reverb is vast and infinite, warm and natural. Shim (shimmer)-type reverb shifts the sound's frequency up an octave each time feedback occurs, creating an eerie and supernatural sound. It's a unique effect that opens up interesting and experimental sonic possibilities. Spring-type reverb is a solid choice for adding a full, resonant dimension.
