He is currently employed as a CTO for Neocenter S.A. de C.V., a well-known value-added VoIP distributor in Mexico, Central and South America, and the United States. He has a strong background in signal processing, information security, and VoIP telephony. He has progressed in his career by supporting, testing, designing, and managing VoIP applications and platforms for a wide range of scenarios, such as call centers, corporate offices, multiple-site systems, and so on. He has also done some development (programming) of VoIP solutions with Asterisk, Elastix, and FreePBX with the help of the PHP, Perl, and XML languages. He is one of the first Elastix certified engineers and has spoken twice at Elastix World.
