If you are into authenticity and realism, then not much comes closer to the real steel firearm than this. Externals are fantastic quality. Vast majority is either steel or good quality polymer. Despite the stock being foldable it does not have any wobble, it's rock solid which was a pleasant surprise for me. Muzzle brake has a slight wobble to it but it's not something that should concern anyone since it doesn't make any sound while moving the rifle around. Pistol grip along with the stock is rock solid, has zero play. Slightly larger than on a real AK 104 but that's just because of the motor, I have larger hands and it's perfectly fine for me. The little metal part around which the stock folds to the side does cut into the top of my thumb a bit, but with gloves it's not really an issue. When the stock is folded it snaps into place and does not move around at all, has a satisfying click to it as it snaps to the receiver, along with unfolding it. Fire selector lever was a little stiff but a day of playing with it and manipulating it as the situation required has loosened it up to a nice , still stiff, but much more manageable resistance. Now onto the internals. Personally I don't know if gen2's are supposed to be better than gen 1's like this one. Can read mixed opinions about the topic. But personally mine shoots a little bit to the right, might be front iron sight issue, hopup rubber or chamber problem. Not entirely sure. Might even be just front sight misalignment. Unfortunately the replica does not come with front sight alignment tool, even though both windage and elevation is adjustable just like on real AKs. Other than that I am perfectly happy with the performance and range I can get out of this bad boy using both 0.25 and 0.28 BBs. It needs slim batteries which fit under AK dust covers. When the battery is in place and plugged in, along with the dust cover being snapped into place it becomes pretty hard to pull the bolt back to adjust the hopup because the wires are in the way. But you don't have to adjust it every single time you take it out for a spin if you are using the same BBs so it's not a big deal for me. 5/5 would recommend if you want one of the best external quality AKs for an affordable price.
