"Amazônia" is an immersive exhibition about the Brazilian Amazon, featuring more than 200 of Salgado's photographs and other media. He spent six years traveling the region, capturing the forests, rivers, mountains and the people who live there. At the heart of the exhibition is an invitation to see, hear and think about the future of biodiversity and the place of humans in this living world. The exhibition will open in Paris on 7 April 2021 and then travel around the world. JMJ's accompanying sound creation is a symphonic world that immerses the listener in the sounds of the forest. The album consists of electronic and orchestral instruments and other natural sounds and was recorded in binaural sound to create a truly immersive audio experience.
